which are bespoke to best measure all areas of our service delivery. All of this starts from a detailed Implementation Plan, which contains over 60 action points that our dedicated Support Team follows to ensure a smooth rollout programme.
Exodus Security managers' aim is to meet with every customer on an ongoing monthly basis, this ensures the AI's and KPI's are being delivered in a precise professional manner. These management meetings are diarised from the start of the contract throughout the whole year
and involve not only the Contract Manager but also we request input from the officers to always ensure they are included within the communication loop. On a quarterly basis a Director will also accompany the contract manager to compliment the Exodus Security Support Team.
Our state of the art control room offers an unrivalled back up system for our officers and managers alike, operating 24 hours a day 365 days of the year. Our support team can provide fully integrated reports for all areas of our service delivery, from hourly check calls through
patrol vehicles, ensuring that not only is all well but that we are fully accountable to our customers.
